Q: Are you a factory?
A: We are a professional factory producing all kinds of daily used ceramic products, and other ceramic home decoration.

Q: Where is your factory located?
A: Our factory is located in Chaozhou city, Guangdong province, China.

Q: What is the material of your products?
A: We produce durable porcelain, stoneware, and new bone china.

Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: Quality first. We have our QC team which conducts 3 times inspection during the production process. When green body finished we conduct the first inspection. Then, second inspection after firing. The third inspection is conducted after decal before packaging.

Q: Could I print my own logo and design on the products?
A: Yes, OEM&ODM are welcomed. Customization is our strength.

Q: Could I get a sample before placing an order?
A: Yes, we provide a sample to check the quality but shipping cost paid by customers. For customized products, need sample fee. When reach certain quantity, the sample fee is returnable.

Q: May I know the sample time?
A: Usually 3 to 5 days by DHL shipping. For customized sample, it takes about 7 to 15 days for sample making.

Q: How many days for mass production?
A: Usually 40 to 50 days for production. It depends on quantity and customized process.
